Welcome to the Say I Do Chapel. By booking or participating in any ceremony or service with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights, responsibilities, and our commitments to you.

1. Our Services

Say I Do Chapel provides intimate wedding, elopement, vow renewal, and commitment ceremonies in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Packages may include licensed minister services, photography, videography, music, floral arrangements, and other inclusions as described on our website.

2. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • To secure your ceremony date and time, we require a $200 non-refundable deposit.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before your ceremony date.

  • If you book a ceremony within 30 days of your desired date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change.

  • You may reschedule your ceremony at no cost if your request is made at least 14 days before your scheduled date.

  • Rescheduling within 14 days of your ceremony will incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

  • While we will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date and time, availability is not guaranteed.

4. Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day refund window.

  • If you cancel at least 30 days before your ceremony date, you will receive a refund minus the $200 non-refundable deposit.

  • If your cancellation is within 30 days, no refund will be issued.

  • You will, however, have up to one year from your original ceremony date to reschedule without losing your payment.

5. Payment Methods

We accept payment via approved methods listed on our booking page, including credit cards and payment platforms processed securely through third-party providers.

6. Photography & Media

  • By participating in a ceremony at the Say I Do Chapel, you grant us the right to take and use photographs or videos for documentation, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If you prefer not to have your images used publicly, please notify us in writing before your ceremony.

7. Guest Conduct

We maintain a respectful and welcoming environment. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.

8. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your event runs smoothly, the Say I Do Chapel is not liable for:

  • Delays or cancellations caused by events outside our control (e.g., weather, government orders, transportation issues).

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during your time at our premises.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
